We do receive complaints.
we received it from many people around us.. family members.. friends.. staffs.. etc
The thing is, how do you take it..?
Do u take each and every complaint seriously...?
or do u choose...?
or do u just ignore complaints..?
For me, it's not wrong to accept a complaint, and act accordingly.
sometimes, we need somebody to show us things that we have been ignoring/missing..
there are also times that we don't have to respond to a certain complaints.
because, not all complaints can really help us.. can really help us to improve ourselves, our services etc.
some of them are just things that people like to blame/find our faults.
So i guess, next time when we receive anymore complaints, before we act, better we sit down for a while, and take a minute or two, and THINK, "do i have to respond to this complaint..?" or just toss it in the garbage bag!
