Bagaimana nak kurus cepat selepas bersalin?

Salam...



Ramai kata saya kurus.



Saya memang kurus, in fact sebenarnya kalau ikut BMI, saya underweight! huhuhu



Anyway, memandangkan saya baru lepas bersalin (baru ke..? hahah), ramai yang kata kurusnya!



Biasanya yang tegur tu golongan wanita.



So bagi saya biasa lah tu..



tapi bila lelaki yang tegur, saya rasa sangat la lawak..



anyway, sebenarnya nak kurus (at least, kembali ke berat badan asal) selepas bersalin amatlah mudah.



1. Breastfeeding



ye, breastfeeding amat penting, especially it helps to kecutkan rahim, but it also menjadikan anda lebih kurus... (macam mana proses yang terlibat, saya tak study la pula...)



2. Maintain regular meals (and exercise)



meals tak boleh skip, especially kalau anda breastfeed. Saya makan ALL THE TIME! hihihi


Exercise..? elok buat la, at least once a week... :)



3. ....?



saya dah tak da idea... huhuhu..



Tapi sebenarnya, the key is breastfeed.



so marilah breastfeed anak sampai 2 tahun!!! :)
